By creating an account or using PareNova, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use PareNova only for yourself or your family where you have authority to do so. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Paid features may require an active subscription. The website offers eligible accounts one three-day (72-hour) trial per verified email, starting when you choose to activate it. This website trial requires no card, includes access to the tools and up to 20 AI-generated responses in total, and ends without an automatic charge. A paid website subscription is optional and starts paid billing immediately when you complete Stripe Checkout; it does not include another free trial. Existing paid subscriptions and previously promised trials retain their original terms. Where a seven-day card-required trial is offered in the mobile app, you must select a plan and provide a payment method through Stripe Checkout before that trial starts; unless you cancel before it ends, Stripe automatically charges your selected plan. Subscription prices, currency, billing intervals, trial availability, and cancellation options are shown before you purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the available billing settings; access continues until the end of the applicable paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• Use PareNova lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account or information.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to overload it.
• Do not use PareNova to obtain emergency care, medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or medication changes.

AI-generated content is informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your family’s circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and should independently assess AI suggestions. Never start, stop, skip, or change medication, treatment, or clinical care based on PareNova.

We work to keep PareNova available and useful, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply where you live, disputes arising from these terms or PareNova will be submitted to the courts located in Auckland, New Zealand.

PareNova relies on third-party services for features such as authentication, payments, and AI processing. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PareNova is provided on an “as available” basis. PareNova is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated content or for outcomes that require professional, medical, emergency, legal, or financial advice.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. When a material update requires a new agreement, we will ask you to accept the updated policies before you continue using protected PareNova features.
